A Puducherry company that stays until the event is over.
Starmax Event Management plans gatherings and runs them on the day. The host should be free to be with their guests. The clock, the suppliers, and the room are our work.
We are based at our registered office in Chinnayanpet, Saram. Most of the events people ask us about sit in Puducherry itself — White Town, the beach road, Saram and the neighbourhoods around it — or a short drive out toward the coast and Auroville.
When a brief needs us to travel, we say so at the start and plan the day around the journey, the heat, the rain, and the time it actually takes to move guests and equipment.
We do not hand you a mood board and disappear. You get a written plan: what is included, who is responsible, and who to call when a decision has to be made in the room.

How we behave
Four things we will not blur.
An event company is judged on the morning of the function, not on the pitch. These are the habits we hold the work to.
One person accountable.
On the day there is a lead. Guests and family are not asked to coordinate the vendors themselves.
Scope in plain words.
What we will do, what a supplier will do, and what sits outside the job is written down before anyone is confirmed.
An honest no.
If the date is too close or the brief does not fit, we say so. A late refusal is worse than an early one.
The host should be a guest at their own event.
That is the standard we plan toward. Speeches, rituals, meals, and photographs still need a person watching the clock. That person is us, so the people who called the gathering can stay inside it.
